Wegovy Pill price list by oral dose
Wegovy Pill is a daily oral semaglutide product with four published strengths. It is not the weekly injection in tablet form, and a 4mg tablet price cannot be compared dose-for-dose with a 0.25mg, 1mg or 2.4mg injection price. What a month of Wegovy costs in the UK
Wegovy injection is administered once weekly. UK private providers usually advertise a four-week supply, so their headline price is commonly treated as a monthly figure. The actual service total may be different when delivery, a consultation, clinical support or a programme commitment is charged separately.
Price also changes as the prescribed dose changes. The UK product information starts dose escalation at 0.25mg once weekly and reaches 2.4mg over 16 weeks. A higher number is not a better-value purchase: dose is a clinical decision, and escalation may be delayed or reduced when clinically appropriate. The 7.2mg injection and Wegovy tablets follow separate dose schedules
The UK Wegovy injection range now includes 7.2mg. The official product information describes 2.4mg as the maintenance dose for all indications and says that, if needed for adult weight management in patients with obesity, a prescriber may increase to 7.2mg after at least four weeks on 2.4mg. The 7.2mg product information should be read as clinical guidance, not as a reason to choose a dose by price.
Wegovy tablets are a different dosage form. The MHRA authorised oral semaglutide for weight management on 11 June 2026, with daily tablet strengths of 1.5mg, 4mg, 9mg and 25mg. The price basis differs
A standard four-week amount, a discounted first order and a programme price are different commercial terms. The smallest headline number may not be the amount charged later.
Included services differ
Consultation, prescriber review, delivery, needles and ongoing support may be bundled or charged separately. The source must establish an inclusion before it is treated as part of a price.
Dose and format matter
The injection dose can change over time, while the daily tablet uses a separate strength system. A starting price cannot be carried across every dose or dosage form.
Published prices change
Providers can change amounts without notice. Every observation therefore carries a date and source instead of being presented as a permanent or guaranteed quote.
Wegovy prices near you
Many of the providers in this dataset are online prescribing and pharmacy services that deliver across the UK. Their published dose price is therefore often national rather than different in Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, Cardiff, Bristol or London. Delivery coverage and timing can still vary.

NHS Wegovy versus private prices
NHS access is not a discounted version of the private listings in this article. NICE recommends semaglutide for weight management in defined circumstances and NHS England’s current guidance says Wegovy is prescribed through a specialist weight-management service. Clinical eligibility and local commissioning still apply.
