Report an inaccurate listing
Prices and provider information change. We review specific, evidenced correction requests and can temporarily hide genuinely disputed material while it is checked.

Prepare a correction
Email hello@pharmacyscore.co.uk with the subject “PharmacyScore correction request”. A sufficiently detailed correction should include:
- Your name, role and relationship to the pharmacy or material.
- The exact PharmacyScore page, provider, treatment and dose.
- The information you believe is inaccurate.
- The corrected information and a provider-owned source URL.
- The date and time the source was checked.
- Any reason continued publication may cause immediate material harm.
Review process
- We aim to acknowledge a sufficiently detailed request within one business day.
- We preserve the existing observation, source date and request privately.
- We may temporarily hide a disputed row where the evidence or possible harm warrants it.
- We compare the request with provider-owned evidence and any applicable source rights.
- We correct, qualify, retain or remove the material and record the decision.
- We send the requester the outcome when contact details are provided.
Limits
A lower price elsewhere, a commercial disagreement or dislike of neutral factual coverage does not by itself establish inaccuracy. We will still review clear evidence and rights-based complaints.
Do not include patient, prescription, consultation or other health information. PharmacyScore cannot provide clinical or dispensing support.
