• The site does not prescribe, dispense, diagnose, recommend treatment or assess individual suitability.
• Mounjaro and Wegovy are prescription-only medicines requiring an individual clinical assessment.
• A price, order, profile or inclusion is not a treatment recommendation or endorsement.
• PharmacyScore is not a pharmacy, prescriber, regulator, inspection body or clinical-quality rating service.
• No purchase, consultation or pharmacy contract is completed through this site.

Accuracy and availability

Prices, stock, eligibility, delivery, programmes and provider information can change without notice. Evidence labels describe the recorded research state, not a guarantee that a page, price or service remains available. Confirm all material information directly before acting.

Acceptable use

You may link to PharmacyScore and quote or cite individual public facts or short passages with clear attribution and a link to the relevant page. This does not permit systematic extraction, bulk downloading, continuous harvesting, rebuilding the maintained compilation, or using protected parts of the site to populate or operate a competing comparison or database service without written permission.

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, submit knowingly false notices, bypass robots rules or technical access controls, disguise an automated client, or present our research as medical advice or provider endorsement. A pharmacy-account user must be authorised by the named organisation, keep credentials and recovery codes secure, use their own account and notify PharmacyScore promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

Pharmacy accounts and profile claims

Creating an account does not verify a pharmacy profile. PharmacyScore may check the work email, domain, GPhC premises record and declared authority, request further evidence, reject or suspend a disputed claim and keep an audit record. Verified active pharmacy-account contacts may receive a factual weekly price update and can unsubscribe from that email without closing their account. Payment cannot replace, accelerate or guarantee approval. Account users must not enter patient, prescription, consultation or health information.

Subscriptions and billing

If self-service billing is made available, the displayed plan price, VAT status and billing interval are shown before Stripe Checkout. A recurring subscription renews for the selected interval until cancelled through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation normally stops renewal at the end of the paid period unless the checkout or order terms say otherwise. Subscription access funds private account tools and never buys a public rank, score, evidence label, correction outcome or recommendation.

Account suspension and closure

We may restrict or suspend an account where authority is disputed, security is compromised, payment fails, these terms are breached or continued access creates legal or service risk. An authorised user can request export or closure through the published account-support route. Some billing, security, claim and audit records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.

Third-party sites and rights

External links are supplied for evidence and convenience. We do not control their content, availability, privacy or services. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and are used only for identification.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PharmacyScore is not responsible for losses caused by relying on stale, incomplete or third-party information, or by a provider’s products, services or availability. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may correct, qualify, suspend or remove material and update these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
