Prepare a rights notice

Email hello@pharmacyscore.co.uk with the subject “PharmacyScore content-rights notice”. A sufficiently detailed notice should include:

• Your full name, organisation, postal address and email address.
• The right you own or are authorised to enforce.
• A precise description of the protected work, database or mark.
• Every exact URL and item you want reviewed.
• The legal and factual basis of the complaint.
• Evidence of ownership or authority to act.
• A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorised by the rightsholder, its agent or law.
• A statement that the notice is accurate.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

1. We log and preserve the notice and relevant evidence.
2. We may ask for missing information or proof of authority.
3. We may temporarily restrict genuinely disputed content while reviewing it.
4. We assess the notice under the applicable UK rights and any relevant platform obligations.
5. We may share the notice with the affected provider or source where lawful and necessary.
6. We remove, correct, qualify or retain the material and record the reason.

Scope

PharmacyScore uses provider and medicine names as plain text for identification. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners. We do not claim that a provider, manufacturer, GPhC, NHS, LegitScript or another organisation sponsors or approves this comparison.

Calling a notice a “DMCA” notice does not replace the need to identify the exact material, right, URL and authority. Nothing on this page promises immunity from a claim or predetermines its outcome.
