What PharmacyScore publishes

Each provider has an evidence profile linking its GPhC premises record, latest published inspection outcome, CQC registration state, LegitScript certification state and ICO registration, alongside the prices observed on its own website. Every amount carries the dose, the commercial basis it was published under, the time it was observed and a link to its source.

PharmacyScore is not a pharmacy, prescriber, regulator, inspection body or clinical-quality rating service. It does not prescribe, dispense, or recommend a treatment, a dose or a provider. A price is a dated observation, not a quote, an offer or evidence of stock. A registration is a public record, not an endorsement. We do not invent a named clinical or legal reviewer. Where qualified external medicines-advertising or legal review has not been completed, the site and its records say so plainly.

Independence and funding

PharmacyScore is commercially funded through pharmacy software and profile-management subscriptions. It summarises comparable source-linked public evidence, mainly GPhC registration and the latest published inspection outcome. It is not a clinical, prescribing, safety or treatment rating, and payment cannot improve it.

Where do the prices come from?

Each price is observed directly on a provider-owned web page and stored with its source URL, observation time and a content hash. PharmacyScore does not use a competitor comparison database or a third-party price feed as a public-price input.
