Find supported reviews and permitted public conversations that mention the pharmacy, its domain, locations or known aliases.
Bring supported reviews, permitted public conversations and controlled AI-answer benchmarks into one workflow. Filter irrelevant matches, act on what matters and keep your public information accurate.
PharmacyScore does not promise to control what independent people say. It helps a pharmacy control how quickly it discovers relevant evidence, how responsibly it responds and how accurately it maintains its own information.
Find supported reviews and permitted public conversations that mention the pharmacy, its domain, locations or known aliases.
Remove duplicates, noise and false matches, then identify the topic, urgency, sentiment and likely next action.
Prepare an appropriate response, require human approval and use an authorised connection or source-opening fallback.
Track response time, recurring issues, profile accuracy and controlled benchmarks of how AI services describe the pharmacy.
PharmacyScore is intended to measure the completeness, freshness and responsiveness of a pharmacy’s public online presence. It is not a clinical, safety, prescribing or regulatory assessment.
The planned benchmark will capture a fixed, dated set of answers and available citations. It will identify incorrect or outdated facts and compare changes over time without promising rankings, citations, traffic or sales.
Citation counts show which public sources appeared in this fixed prompt sample. They do not measure search rank or prove that one source caused an answer.
This is an interface example, not a measured pharmacy result. Live benchmarks will store the exact prompt, answer, model or product, location, date and available citations. Results are samples and cannot guarantee rankings, future citations, traffic or sales.
Every source must show whether it is connected, limited, rate-limited, paused or unavailable. Reddit, Facebook groups, forums and other communities will only be described as monitored when the exact commercial use, display, retention, privacy and engagement rights are documented.
Private groups are not assumed to be accessible. The platform will never ask a pharmacy to share a platform password or use an undisclosed account to influence a conversation.
Public evidence profiles are the first foundation. Secure pharmacy claims, team accounts and profile editing are still in development. Factual corrections remain available without a paid subscription.
